About Me

Hi there! I’m Kendall. I’m a 35-year-old Mum living and working on Dharawal Country (the Illawarra). I love my job as a psychologist. It brings me so much joy to work alongside women navigating the ups and downs of life in their 20’s and 30’s. Many women come to see me because they’ve experienced troubling events; sometimes in their childhood and sometimes more recently in adulthood. These wonderful women are looking for a space to explore and understand their life experiences and how this has led to certain beliefs and patterns in their behaviour. Sessions with me include the time and space to talk through your experiences and understand how they have impacted you. Sessions will go at your pace, and I’ll be guided by you and your insight into yourself, as well as your values and goals for the direction we head in. A typical week for me in my practice includes supporting women who are feeling anxious or depressed in their mood; who are navigating changes in their relationships; working on themselves and their wellbeing as they navigate the transition into motherhood; exploring ADHD, their health and hormones and more. I take a woman-centred approach to the issues that can impact us most deeply and intimately, including recovery from sexual assault/sexual abuse and birth trauma. I take a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, and love nothing more than to connect you with other practitioners who may be a good fit in prioritising you – acupuncture, pilates, massage, osteopathy, naturopathy, GPs and more – I love sharing recommendations for other local women-centred colleagues. Whether you’re seeking short or long term therapy, if you’re looking to connect with a new psychologist please feel free to reach out to see if we may be a good fit. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are.
